Kvadrat TelaMia Upholstery Fabric 0241 is a modern melange upholstery textile by Giulio Ridolfo, crafted from 100% recycled polyester. Its name, meaning “my canvas” in Italian, reflects the infinite possibilities it provides for designing sophisticated interior landscapes—like a blank canvas for furniture. To create the melange effect, TelaMia is constructed with a plain weave using a white yarn in the weft with a dope-dyed black and white melange yarn in the warp. After weaving, the textile is piece-dyed in 18 colourways. The lighter the colour of the yarn, the more pronounced the melange effect. TelaMia is suitable for a wide range of commercial and residential applications. The textile combines exceptional comfort with strong performance and is recyclable with no degradation in quality.
